Cloth Photo frame

School admissions are a nightmare, but when they finally come through, it's magical. The past few months were spent searching for a school for Little Miss and now that it's come through, I thought I'd start posting again! With kids on my mind, this one really made me go awwww! Take a look at this super easy photo frame with a magnet.

Felt Pencil Case

I think the fabric most suited for craft is felt. There's nothing that won't look good with felt. Check out these amazing things made with felt.  Here's one more to add to the list - a pencil case. It's the sweetest, simplest thing and the colour used it absolutely darling.

Burlap (Gunny) Coasters

Burlap is more commonly known as Gunny or Goni in India. It's that itchy-scratchy brown cloth that easily available in small shops that sell grain and groceries. There's a plastic coated white kind but I don't think that will be suited for this since the plastic will stick to a hot vessel. I loved the simplicity of this DIY and the end product. Check it out..

Teepee reading nook

Teepees are awesome. Check out this tutorial for a reading nook for your child. The DIY calls for timber dowel, but here in India, I'm guessing bamboo would be far more easily available and much cheaper, but still as sturdy.
